Hi,

I offer a 15 minute Zoom initial consultation for you or an initial 15 minute phone call so that we can have a chat about what I can help you with. Please email me or text me for an appointment.

I am PVG checked for working with Children and Adults and I have the relevant insurance in place. However, please note that I only work with over 18s at present or teenagers younger than 18 with an adult present.

I am a Hypnotherapist, EFT, NLP Practitioner and Reiki Master and have worked in the therapeutic industry for 12 years. I have just completed my SCQF Level 8 in Counselling and I am starting my Post Grad in CBT and Psychotherapy in September 2023.

I always use a mixture of therapies during a session and I have my own unique way of working to get to the root of issues and clear them so that you can move on with your life in a progressive direction.

Clients are referred to me for stress, anxiety, panic attacks, panic disorder, relaxation therapy, mindfulness, breathwork, weight loss, health energy, holistic health, limited beliefs, I’m not good enough feelings, bullying, panic attacks, worry, stress at work, stress in the home, exams, tests, going to new places, starting University, starting school, starting college, starting work, agitation, worried about your future, and these are subjects that I am well practised in. However, with my training and experience no issue is off limits and you can see what I am able to help you with on the profile page.
